Mission Statement

At e3, we are your Employee Engagement Experts. Our goal is to become an extension of our customers’ Benefits/HR Departments. Working exclusively with the brokerage community, we take the burden of enrollment off of our clients’ plates by using our benefit counseling team to educate and enroll employees in all available employee benefits using a personal, one-on-one enrollment approach. Who We Are

The e3 team brings more than 70 years of employee benefits experience to our customers. We have worked for carriers, enrollment firms, TPAs and brokers. We have a deep understanding of the varied needs of the small case (<100), Medium Case (100-500), and Large Case (500+) markets. e3 has significant experience in the 1000+ market and expertise in both the private and public sectors.

What We Do

e3 uses our diverse experience to develop a customized communications and enrollment plan for each client. This plan of action is designed to maximize the success of an employer’s benefits program by focusing on each client’s desired outcomes. At the heart of the process is our personal touch to benefits enrollments, our Benefits Counseling sessions. We have found that employees typically feel more comfortable in a one-on-one setting where they have the ability to ask questions and address concerns that are specific to them. This makes true understanding of benefits concepts possible.
