    Chris has been in the benefits industry for more than fifteen years, in which he has served many different roles.  He began his career in Policyholder Services, as a Contact Center Representative, at Colonial Life’s Home Office in Columbia, SC.  Chris then moved on to serve as a National Recruiting Consultant in Florida, where he served a recruiting and instructional role for Florida and Puerto Rico sales reps.He then became a sales rep himself, where Chris had tremendous success working with the brokerage community in South Florida.  After moving back to South Carolina with his wife, Chris concentrated on developing new broker relationships in SC, while also maintaining the relationships he created in South Florida.  Chris founded his first corporation, Shealy Benefits Services, Inc. in 2006.  As Principal and COO of e3, he is responsible for the day-to-day sales and service activities for all e3 clients including, broker business, direct commercial benefits and state, local government, and public school systems in South Carolina.

    Chris is a graduate of Wofford College, with a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Studies.  He is a member of both the Lexington Chamber and the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce, in addition to the Central SC Alliance – Committee of 100.  In 2009, Chris married Loryn Moyer.  They welcomed baby Edyn Marie in May of 2013.  Their second baby, Myla Elizabeth, was born in January of 2015.  The family lives in Lexington, South Carolina, where they are members of Saint Stephen’s Lutheran Church.

    Aimee is the Executive Assistant to Chris Shealy. Prior to her current role, she has personally worked with the Shealy’s for almost 2 years. She is smart, confident, reliable, and flexible. With her vast skillset, her greatest expertise revolves around being an excellent communicator and being extremely organized. Aimee is responsible for coordinating the hiring of qualified sales representatives for the organization and assisting in motivating and encouraging sales growth. She also maintains accounts for Sales Representatives and Brokers and is always ready and able to assist all of our e3 clients’ needs.

    Aimee Oliveros lives in Irmo, SC with her boyfriend Leif. She enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.

    Loryn has been in the employee benefits industry for 13 years.  She began her career in South Florida working as an Operations Manager and then an Enrollment and Communications Manager for a national brokerage.  In 2009 Loryn joined the Colonial Life team as an Implementation Manager.  As the business has grown, Loryn has added members to her team to provide the highest level of support for our clients.  Loryn continues to oversee the implementation team as well as handle any Human Resource issues. 

    Loryn graduated from Ursinus College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.  She is married to her husband Chris and they have two daughters: Edyn Marie and Myla Elizabeth.  The family lives in Lexington, South Carolina, where they are members of Saint Stephen’s Lutheran Church.

    Michelle offers over 13 years of experience in the benefits industry and has been an integral part of the implementation team since 2010.  As Senior Implementation Manager, she has been most recognized for her thorough organization and “going that extra mile” when working with all carriers to provide the best benefits experience possible for clients. 

    Michelle lives in Lexington, SC with her husband David and their two kids Haley and AJ. They love to travel throughout the Carolinas and try to visit the beach often.

    When Ana joined the e3 team in December of 2014, she brought 8 years of experience in employee benefits.  A native of Lexington, South Carolina, Ana graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2006. 

     Ana is involved in her community by helping with the local food bank and clothing drives.   Ana enjoys travelling, going to concerts, and spending time with her husband, Trip, and their three children.

    Millie joined the team in June 2016 as an Implementation Manager. She graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. Immediately upon graduation, Millie worked as a behavior therapist with autistic children. She then began her career in the insurance industry at the Colonial Life home office as a billing representative for individual policy holders prior to joining the e3 team. Millie brings 4 years of experience to the e3 team.

    Millie lives in Lexington, SC with her husband, Clint, and their two dogs, Hobie and Scarlett. Away from the office, she enjoys being outside, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

    Chris Daniel was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC, where he graduated from Paul M Dorman High School in 1998.  Chris continued his education at Clemson University, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management.  Since college, Chris has worked in a variety of industries and positions before working with Employee Benefits.  His previous experience includes Project Management, Production Management, Database Management, Data Analysis, Engineering Design Analysis and Testing.  Chris has been working in Employee Benefits since April of 2013 with a focus on Data Quality Assurance, Data Analysis and Data Formatting for multiple Information Systems.  He is a certified Case Builder for Benefit Select (by Selerix) with 3 years of case-building experience.

    Away from the office, Chris’ world revolves around his beautiful daughter!  In his free time Chris enjoys spending time on the lake or at the pool with family and friends. His favorite hobbies include Fishing, Boating, Cooking, Billiards, and Darts.  He is also a huge College Sports fan, especially football.

    Laura has been in the employee benefits industry for 10 years.  She began her career at the Colonial Life Corporate office in Columbia, SC where she functioned in several primarily customer-focused areas.  Laura was employed at the corporate office for over 5 years following graduation from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, OH, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2006.  Beginning in August 2011, Laura joined Shealy Benefit Services as a Sales and Service Specialist.  Today, Laura is a Senior Client Services Manager for e3, where her focus remains in helping employees better understand their benefits and the best and most cost-effective ways to utilize them.

    Laura is an active volunteer for Pawmetto Lifeline where she helps care for homeless animals around the Midlands and works on placing them in loving homes.  She also participates in the Riverland Hills Baptist Church volleyball league.  Laura owns a horse named Rubixx and is competitive with him in the sport of dressage around the region and also enjoys playing tennis.  Laura and her husband, Russ, reside in Lexington, SC.

    Erin Wiggins is our Client Services Manager at e3.  Erin realized the importance of employee education of benefits during her previous six years of experience at a health insurance third party administrator (TPA). She progressed to a Senior Account Representative during her tenure. This realization led her to join the e3 team where her knowledge of core benefits and her understanding of the enrollment process make her a great asset to serve our clients.

    A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Erin received a B.A. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management.  Erin has a wide ranging set of experiences working as a Certified Trainer for Applebee’s, Event Planning for Embassy Suites , and attending culinary school. Erin has also been a small business owner. Investing in an established, but financially struggling small business in Charleston that she saw as having great potential for growth and expansion, she was able to assist in stabilizing and expanding the business by incorporating new product lines and developing targeted marketing campaigns.  Once the business grew to be financially stable, Erin sold her interest in the business to her partner to pursue opportunities in the health insurance industry.

    Gina offers 18yrs of experience in the employee benefits industry. She began her career in 2001 as a Sales Coordinator for UNUM’s Chicago Office and was relocated to Fort Lauderdale in 2004 to join the local UNUM Office as a Group Sales Representative. In 2006, Gina joined the sales team at BlueCross and BlueShield of Florida (now Florida Blue) and was responsible for new sales growth in both the small group (under 50) and mid-market (50-499) segments. Then, in 2009 Gina began an extremely successful career with Colonial Life. She was awarded the 2010 Rookie Sales Representative of the Year Award and achieved Colonial’s highest national sales honor in 2016 by being awarded the Hall of Fame Award.

    Today, Gina is a Senior Marketing Representative for e3. Her background and experience has helped her succeed and grow within the enrollment space where she focuses on customizing enrollment solutions involving technology, product and specialized communication/education approaches for her broker and client partners.

    Originally from Chicago, IL Gina now lives in Fort Lauderdale, FL with her dog Bentley. She is a graduate of The University of Illinois- Chicago with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance as well as Leadership Miami where she was involved with various community development programs. Gina enjoys cooking, going to the beach, traveling, spending time with family and friends and is the proud Godmother of her 2yr old niece Aliana Juliette.

    Brad joined the e3 team in 2016 after spending 15 years as a tennis instructor. He graduated from Wofford College in 2001 with a degree in Business Economics where he was a 4-year letterman on the Men’s Tennis Team. Brad was voted MVP his junior year and recognized for his outstanding leadership his senior year. As a tennis instructor, he had the opportunity to develop many relationships with people throughout the Columbia area. These relationships led him to reunite with an old fraternity brother, Chris Shealy. This reunion happened at a time when Brad was in the process of making a career change.

    Ian entered the benefits industry in 2009 after seeking a career change. He began selling door to door and eventually knocked on a door that lead him to join Colonial Life. As a representative of Colonial Life in its Public-Sector field operations, his experience has spanned benefit counseling, business development and coordination of accounts sales/servicing. Ian continues his focus in the Public Sector as an Implementation Manager for e3, bringing a keen attention to detail and commitment to proficient benefit communications.

    Ian holds an A.S. in Business Administration from Sinclair Community College, B.S. in Business Administration from Newberry College, and a M. of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. He is a lifetime member of Sigma Iota Epsilon National Honorary and Professional Management Fraternity. He enjoys traveling, reading, and fitness cross training through running, martial arts, & calisthenics. Ian is a member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Newberry, SC, where he resides.

    Mike has had various roles over a 30-year career in the insurance and financial services industry, including a role as Assistant Vice-President of Major Accounts Services for Colonial Life. As a member of e3, Mike is responsible for South Carolina’s educator market. Currently, Mike is the lead sales representative for over 20 South Carolina school districts. Mike has been instrumental in partnering with School Districts in both benefits communication and electronic enrollment of South Carolina’s core insurance benefits for over 15 years.

    Mike graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Mike has been married to his beautiful wife, Bo, for 48 years. They have two children and five grandchildren. They reside in Irmo, SC and attend Three Rivers Baptist Church.

    Brian joined the e3 team in 2018. He has 18 years of management experience in the employee benefit industry. Prior to joining e3 he held various leadership roles at Colonial Life, leading the client management and enrollment management organizations for the large case market. He also spent several years in the billing and enrollment technology operations organizations. He is responsible for partnering with brokers and public sector clients to fulfill their enrollment and benefits strategy.

    Brian graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He is married to his wife Pam and they have three children. They currently reside in Irmo, SC.

    Michelle has been a benefits counselor with the e3 team since 2013. Her knowledge of employee benefits along with her self-motivating and high energy personality has led her to soar to the top of her role. Michelle is originally from Winnsboro, SC, and a graduate of Fairfield Central High School.

    She is currently enrolled in Strayer University where she is dual majoring in Legal Studies and Business Administration. She is a proud mom of a Navy Veteran. In her free time, Michelle loves traveling and cooking. She is also extremely passionate about helping others and spearheads numerous community service events.

    Sharon joined the E3 team in 2016. She has more than 15 years of experience in employee benefits. As a native of North Carolina, she worked with Wake County Public School System for 10 years. She joined Pierce Group Benefits as a Benefit’s Counselor servicing 80 of the 100 school districts in North Carolina. She also provided benefit services to Community Colleges, Government Groups, and Municipalities.

    Sharon is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She is married to her wonderful husband Joe and currently resides in Chapin, SC. She has a daughter, Madison, who recently was married and is currently finishing her studies in Respiratory Therapy. Sharon attends Chapin Methodist Church and enjoys playing hand bells with the choir and spending time on the lake with her family.

    Lynnette brings over 19 years of experience in the insurance industry. She started with Colonial Life in 1999 as a rework account specialist and became Executive Assistant to the Colonial Life State of SC Manager. For the last 15 years she has worked in the Public Sector, focusing on the Educator Market as an Account Coordinator. She has continued this role with e3, responsible for scheduling and implementation of enrollments for 20 school districts. Lynnette works closely with the school district Benefit Administrators in making sure all aspects of the enrollment function properly.

    Lynnette is originally from Monterey, California where she met and married a military man (Army) who took her to see the world! She has lived across the United States and Germany but settled in Irmo with her husband of 34 years retired from the Army. They have 3 grown daughters and a grandson, Blake. Lynnette is a graduate from University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Her greatest joys are her family, especially her grandson Blake, traveling and spending time at the beach.
